The Team Jump Start Low Challenge Course lets your team or group experience team building with more emphasis on taking higher risks together.We will utilize our own low ropes course at The Marriott Hickory Ridge Conference Hotel, or own custom-built portable activities course. Teams will learn about settingmutual goals, defining roles, creating effective procedures and processes to accomplish “impossible” tasks, and evaluating their results. Your team will leave energized, recommitted to their purpose, and withmore collaboration and trust. Collaborative teams get better results back at work, and this event can also be paired with your business context issues. The Expedition High Ropes Adventure: At Our Location

Your team will feel like they achieved the impossible when they complete our high ropes course! The Expedition High Ropes Course, located in the woodlands of The Marriott Hickory Ridge Conference Hotel in Lisle, Illinois, is a fun yet exciting approach to team building. The Expedition Team Challenge Course is set 24 feet above the ground and features 15 activities for teams to explore. Teams plan and build their way through the course to complete it, so the exercise teaches hands-on project management skills. The course is also accompanied by a unique outdoor aerial meeting room called The Summit, which allows your group to plan and debrief their approach high in the trees. This hands-on outdoor experience encourages your participants to take risks, build trust, and communicate with their team when faced with obstacles.
