Teem Golf is the Choice for Accounting Firm

The Need

This company wanted to build a sense of community among 40 of their newly hired junior accountants. They helped us created an event that would kick off a larger training session.

After helping the client assess their needs, CLI developed the scope of the session to focus on key needs.

The firm wanted their junior accountants to build cohesive project teams, so small teams designed and built their own indoor golf hole. Each team used themes to develop their hole to demonstrate their team charters. Team charters are a set of agreed upon group ground rules and values.

Once the team completed their golf holes, the entire group played through the nine-hole course.  

Key Results

The activity produced the following key results:

• Newly hired accountants met each other and began the process of developing their team.
• The activity allowed the development of a team start-up charter.
